Returns Policy

No questions asked guarantee.

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. eg. you received an incorrect or defective item.

We wish we could, but unfortunately we cannot offer this guarantee to our ‘Insertables’ range for obvious reasons. Unless there is a defect, in which case we will of course refund you and pay the shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please email and we will send you a return address ASAP. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Please note: Items that are made to measure cannot be refunded, though alterations can be made. Items that don’t match the measurements you provided (our error), can be returned for adjustment or to be replaced free of charge. Products that don’t fit because there was a mistake with the measurements you provided (your error), can be altered for a fee, but we’re sorry to say we can’t refund those.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products in some countries (we will let you know if this occurs).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and your location. Many items are made to order, and unfortunately the Ethically based nature of our business can mean some weeks lead time on certain items. We will keep you informed, however please email info@ethicalkink with any questions.
